Pricing Details:

I provide clear hourly rates and a written work agreement before any work begins. I’m always upfront about pricing and happy to answer questions before, during, and after the work.

  • $115 for the first hour; $85 for each additional hour (2 hour minimum) for basic repairs

  • Rates may vary depending on site conditions and the nature of the work

  • Emergency repair rates (nights, weekends, and holidays) may vary

  • A down payment may be required to schedule repair or improvement work

  • Material costs may include a markup to cover shopping and loading time, as outlined in the work agreement
